iiCase provided an orange ocean band for my Ultra2 Apple smart watch. Actually the correct watch size, correct bracelet links and colour. Ordered one day delivered a day later. Excellent service from iiCase. Could not fault their service and action - exceptionally recommended. Team at iiCare, be aware your courier "courier first" did NOT contact prior to delivery, did not call to the delivery address, claimed that the recipient was "not at home", took item to a different collection point and to date, despite direct contact to "courier first" via email and their online "bot" chat - still NO reply whatsoever. Id suggest you investigate another service.
