Return & Exchange

For whatever the reason, you can easily exchange or return your purchased item and get a refund within 30 days you received your order. Please use the following form to submit a Return or Exchange request, it will guide you easily with the steps, options, and requirements.
CLEARANCE items

For all clearance items, which will be clearly marked on the product page with a red Clearance label, the clearance product is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is defective.



Refunds for Promotional Purchases

Please note that refunds for items purchased under a promotion are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the full retail price.

For promiotion orders with different item prices, the promotion will be recalculated based on the items kept after return. The refund amount will be the difference between the original amount paid and the recalculated price of the remaining items. Free promotional items have no separate refund value.
