Replacement Warranty

iiCase 365-Day Warranty*
iiCase offers a 365-day limited manufacturer warranty on most products. Products purchased from unauthorised distributors or resellers are not covered under this warranty. Some items may carry different warranty periods, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Examples include charging cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, and glass products. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental drops, installation errors, damage caused by improper use, or normal wear and tear.
Note: Glass screen protectors are consumable products. They may be damaged during daily use from drops, knocks, or contact with sharp objects. They are only covered if defective out of the box.

Except as expressly stated above, iiCase makes no other warranties—express or implied—regarding merchantability, fitness for purpose, design, quality, or performance.
iiCase is not liable for damages arising from product use, including device damage, data loss, personal injury, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits.
iiCase reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage in cases including (but not limited to): counterfeit products, unauthorised sellers, misuse of the warranty policy for financial/personal gain, or damage caused by installation failures or negligence. If a product is discontinued or out of stock, iiCase may replace it with a similar or better product at its sole discretion. For bundled products, only the defective item will be replaced.
