Return process

To facilitate your return, you can either use our Australia Post return portal to purchase and print a shipping label or organise your own return shipping. Please follow the instructions below:

Optioin 1: With our provided return label:

Once you submit the return request, you will receive a return label. Please kindly aware, a $10 return postage will deducted from your refund if the return is not realted to a quality or order issue.

 

Option 2: Organise Your Own Shipping:

If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please send the items back to the following address:

Ensure your order number is clearly displayed on the outside of the package to expedite the return process.

 

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue.
