1.1. Shipping Cost & Time

iiCase offers Free Shipping on all orders within Australia and Express Shipping for NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY*.

All orders will be shipped from Melbourne, via AusPost or Courier Please (depends on your shipping address).

Free delivery: delivered via AusPost/Couriers Please Regular Parcel or Priority Mail service, which takes 3-7 business days within Australia, it may take longer than usual during public holidays (eg. Easter and Christmas period). Tracking is not available.

Express Shipping: Want your item(s) urgently? We offer Next Business Day* delivery service which will be carried by AusPost or Couriers Please Express Shipping, the signature will be required for delivery. The cost of Express Shipping is only $12 inc. GST or lower price if we have special delivery promotion available. Orders placed before 10 AM during business days will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise will be the NEXT business day.

1.2. Where my order will be shipped from?

We are 100% Australia company located in Melbourne. All of our orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post.

1.3. How many days my order can be dispatched/fulfilled?

Same day dispatch! Orders before 10 AM on business days will be dispatched on the SAME DAY! Orders after 10 AM will be dispatched on the next Business day (Because AusPost driver picks up parcels around 11 AM on every business day).

1.4. Can I track my order delivery?

Tracking is available for Express Shipping, but sorry it's not available for Free Shipping. We using AusPost & Couriers Please as our only shipping partners. If you select Express Shipping, you will receive an update email with your tracking information.

1.5. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the address for you. But if your order is on the way, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

1.6. There is a missing/defective/incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care Team at with photos/videos of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

1.7. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

AusPost sometimes lost parcels, it happens even the very rare chance. If you still not receive your order within10 working days since you receive the "Shipment notice" email/SMS, please contact us via or email: We will contact AusPost for future information.

Please Note: iiCase will NOT take responsibility for incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, or uncollected parcel.

2. Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange with iiCase can't be easier. You can easily either return & refund or exchange within 30 days since you received your order.

3. Ordering

3.1. Do I need to open an account in order to purchase?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

3.2. How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Shopify and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. Also, PayPal is supported by us.

3.3. Can I amend and cancel my order?

Yes. Obey Australia’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from the Website for a limited refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.

3.4. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

When making a purchase, you can see a discount code input box on the right top of the checkout page or top of the page in mobile devices. Once you enter your purchase code, the order amount will be automatically updated.

3.5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

4. Special Considerations

4.1. All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.

4.2. All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if the information is found to be fraudulent.

4.3. In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.

4.4. If no one is at the delivery address when AusPost delivery the parcel, AusPost will leave a collection card and customer need to collect from the local post office. Uncollected parcels will return to iiCase.
*Customer will have to pay $8 handling fee or $12 express post cost (or less if having promotion) if required for re-delivery.
*If iiCase does not get a response from the customer within 10 working days since we receive the returned parcel or customer don't want the case, iiCase will refund the order with a deduction of $8 for the handling fee.
