Delivery

iiCase provide all orders with FREE DELIVERY, if you need the product(s) urgently, we also provide NEXT BUSINESS DAY* Express shipping. All of the shipments will be carried by Australia Post.

  1. Same Day Dispatch

    We know you want your order to be delivered as soon as possible, so all orders placed before 1 PM AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day (for all in-stock items). Orders after 1 PM or during VIC public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

  2. Free Delivery

    Free delivery using AusPost Regular Parcel or Priority Mail service, which takes 3-6 business days within Australia, it may take longer than usual during public holidays (eg. Easter and Christmas period). 

  3. Express Shipping

    Want your item(s) urgently? We offer Next Business Day* delivery service which will be carried by AusPost Express Shipping, the signature will be required for delivery. The cost of Express Shipping is only $12 inc. GST or lower price if we have special delivery available. Orders placed before 2 PM during business days will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise will be NEXT business day.

  4. Lost & Missing Orders

    AusPost sometimes lost parcels, it happens even the very rare chance. If you still not receive your order within 10 working days since you receive the "Shipment notice" email/SMS, please contact us via https://iicase.com.au/pages/contact or email: info@iiCase.com.au. We will contact AusPost for future information. If finally the order still not shown up, we will resend you the order even it not our fault, just to ensure your shopping experience with us. iiCase will NOT take responsibility for incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, or uncollected parcel.

Special Considerations
1. All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
2. All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if the information is found to be fraudulent.
3. In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
4. If no one is at the delivery address when AusPost delivery the parcel, AusPost will leave a collection card and customer need to collect from the local post office. Uncollected parcels will return to iiCase. Customer will have to pay $7.95 postage for re-delivery. If iiCase does not get a response from the customer within 10 working days since we receive the returned parcel or customer don't want the case, iiCase will refund the order with a deduction of $7.95 for the postage.

Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange with iiCase can't be easier. You can easily either return & refund or exchange within 30 days since you received your order.

    1. Return & Refund

      All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
      Requirements for Returns:
      1. Must include a valid original purchase order number from iiCase.com.au. Purchases made outside of iiCase.com.au must contact respective seller for returns. Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
      2. Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a restocking fee. Missing the tempered glass will occur $15 cost and the screen cleaning wiper will cost $2.
      3. Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless it's iiCase's mistake of sending wrong or faulty items.
      4. Customer will be given a Refund in two options, please notice us which option you would like to go (in email or written in the returned box). Return items without stated option will return store credit by default.

      1.   1. Store credit. iiCase will receive FULL AMOUNT store credit including the postage (if any). The store credit validates for 2 years.

      1.   2. Refund to your original paid credit card or PayPal account. iiCase will refund the PRODUCT COST deducting of $8 handling fees. Please note, all postage cost (if any) will NOT be refunded unless there's a quality issue or our mistake to send you the incorrect case.
  1. Once we received your returned item in required condition, we will process the refund (exclude Postage cost if any) within 2 business days. You will receive a notification email once the refund is processed.

    *Please Note: All Clearance (not include discounted items during sale events) Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

    *Please contact us via https://iicase.com.au/pages/contact or email to info@iiCase.com.au with your order number/full name, our customer service team will assist you with return/exchange process. Returned items without previous contact us or without an order number/full name will not be processed for refund.
  2. Exchange

    We all make mistakes, please don't worry if you accidentally ordered an incorrect item. 
    To simplify the exchange, we process exchange as "Return&Refund" and "New Purchase".
    There are only 2 steps to process an exchange:
    1. Please go head to purchase another new case with correct colour/model (if you are not sure about the correct colour/model, please contact us for assistant). Once we receive your new order, We will send the new case to you as soon as possible.
    2. At the same time (or anytime within 30 days of your previous purchase), please return the previous unwanted item(s) to us for a full refund. For more information about the refund, please see above "RETURN & EXCHANGE" details.

    *Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. iiCase is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
