iiCase provide all orders with FREE DELIVERY, if you need the product(s) urgently, we also provide NEXT BUSINESS DAY* Express shipping. All of the shipments will be carried by Australia Post.
Same Day Dispatch
We know you want your order to be delivered as soon as possible, so all orders placed before 10AM AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day (for all in-stock items). Orders after 10 AM or during VIC public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Free DeliveryFree delivery using AusPost Mail service, which takes 3-10 business days within Australia normally. Please kindly aware that due to the COVID impact, the delivery time for free shipping make up to 4 weeks.
Express ShippingWant your item(s) urgently? We offer Express Shipping delivery service which will be carried by AusPost Express Shipping or courier companies based on your suburb. The cost of Express Shipping is only $12 inc. GST or lower price if we have special delivery available. Orders placed before 10 AM during business days will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise will be NEXT business day.
Lost & Missing OrdersAusPost sometimes lost parcels, it happens even the very rare chance. If you still not receive your order within 20 working days since you receive the "Shipment notice" email/SMS, please contact us via https://iicase.com.au/pages/contact or email: info@iiCase.com.au. We will contact AusPost for future information. If finally the order still not shown up, we will resend you the order even it not our fault, just to ensure your shopping experience with us. iiCase will NOT take responsibility for incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided by the customer, or uncollected parcel. Special Considerations
1. All orders are subject to approval based on the order information provided.
2. All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if the information is found to be fraudulent.
3. In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
4. If no one is at the delivery address when AusPost delivery the parcel, AusPost will leave a collection card and customer need to collect from the local post office. Uncollected parcels will return to iiCase. Customer will have to pay $8 postage for re-delivery. If iiCase does not get a response from the customer within 10 working days since we receive the returned parcel or customer don't want the case, iiCase will refund the order with a deduction of $8 for the postage.
