I’d be happier if the goods actually arrived

My overall experience has been very lacking because after two weeks of waiting instead of delivering my item Aramex tell me they’ve resolved my ticket without saying what that means or when I’ll get delivery. Meanwhile iiCase say my “satisfaction is their first priority” and they’re “here to help” but then tell me I need to contact Aramex. Clearly they weren’t there to help. I feel misled and dissatisfied. My advice is don’t buy goods from this company.
